حذف حسابك في ريّح
هذه الصفحة لأصحاب السيارات المستخدمين لتطبيق ريّح (من شركة سليك).
من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح تطبيق ريّح وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى حسابي.
- اضغط حذف حسابي ثم أكّد.
يُحذف حسابك فورًا وتُسجَّل خارج التطبيق.
بدون التطبيق
أرسل بريدًا إلى support@rayyi7.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب»، واذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل. سنرسل رمز تحقق إلى هذا الرقم عبر واتساب للتأكد أنك صاحب الحساب، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال ٧ أيام ونؤكد لك ذلك.
ما الذي يُحذف
- اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
- رموز الإشعارات ورصيد نقاط الولاء.
- حجوزاتك القادمة (تُلغى).
- ربط سياراتك بحسابك.
ما الذي يبقى
- الفواتير وبطاقات العمل لدى الكراجات التي خدمت سيارتك، لأنها جزء من سجلاتهم المحاسبية والقانونية، وتبقى دون اسمك أو رقم هاتفك.
- النسخ الاحتياطية تُمحى منها بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
حسابات الكراجات والموظفين (تطبيق «ريّح للكراجات»)
الموظف
- افتح تطبيق «ريّح للكراجات» وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى المزيد ← حسابي.
- اضغط حذف حسابي ثم أكّد.
يُحذف حسابك فورًا: الاسم والبريد والهاتف وكلمة المرور والإشعارات ومواقع الحضور. تبقى أوقات حضورك والأعمال التي أنجزتها لدى الكراج دون اسمك، لأنها من سجلاته، وتعود أعمالك المفتوحة للكراج لإسنادها لغيرك. يمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب من مالك الكراج إيقاف حسابك.
مالك الكراج
حذف حساب المالك يعني إغلاق حساب الكراج. من التطبيق: المزيد ← حسابي ← حذف حسابي لإرسال الطلب، أو راسلنا على support@rayyi7.com من بريد الحساب. نتواصل معك للتأكيد ونغلق الحساب خلال ٧ أيام.
- يُحذف: بياناتك الشخصية وحسابات الدخول للكراج وموظفيه.
- يبقى: السجلات المحاسبية (الفواتير والمدفوعات) للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون، ثم تُحذف. وتبقى لأصحاب السيارات سجلات صيانة سياراتهم في تطبيق «ريّح».

Delete your Rayyi7 account
This page is for car owners who use the Rayyi7 app (by Slick Company).
In the app (immediate)
- Open the Rayyi7 app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Without the app
Email support@rayyi7.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and your registered phone number. We'll send a verification code to that number on WhatsApp to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 7 days and confirm when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your name, phone number and email.
- Your notification tokens and loyalty points balance.
- Your upcoming bookings (cancelled).
- The link between your cars and your account.
What's kept
- Invoices and job cards stay with the garages that serviced your car, because they're part of the garage's accounting and legal records. They're kept without your name or phone number.
- Backups are cleared of your data within 30 days.
Garage and staff accounts (Rayyi7 Garage app)
Employees
- Open the Rayyi7 Garage app and sign in.
- Go to More → My account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away: your name, email, phone, password, notifications and clock-in locations. Your clock times and the work you did stay with the garage without your name, because they're part of its records, and your open jobs go back to the garage to reassign. You can also ask the garage owner to deactivate your account.
Garage owners
Deleting the owner's account means closing the garage's account. In the app, More → My account → Delete my account sends the request, or email support@rayyi7.com from the account's email address. We contact you to confirm and close the account within 7 days.
- Deleted: your personal details and the sign-in accounts of the garage and its staff.
- Kept: accounting records (invoices and payments) for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Car owners keep their cars' service history in the Rayyi7 app.
